Viet Au Kitchen was born from a passion for sharing the comforting, nourishing flavours of traditional Vietnamese home cooking.
Our journey began as Panda's Kitchen in Hope Island, where we built a loyal following through our dedication to fresh, flavourful food. Today, we proudly continue that journey as Viet Au Kitchen — a new name that reflects our evolving vision, as we grow and bring our cuisine to more communities.
With years of experience, family-inspired recipes, and a passion for fresh, healthy food, we proudly serve our established Oxenford community and are excited to bring the same authentic Vietnamese flavours to our new Burleigh Heads community. Every dish is made with care, combining authenticity with a modern twist.

Look no further for authentic vietnamese food! I just returned from a Vietnam holiday and have been craving their famous coconut coffee and Bun Thit Nuong (noodle salad).
